Microsoft produced a nice little addin for IIS 7 called the SEO Toolkit.  To install it, go to http://www.iis.net/download/SEOToolkit and download the correct msi file for your architecture (x86 or x64_86).

Then run the msi file that you have downloaded.  Accept the License Agreement, click Install and click Finish.

Once installed you will have a new option in IIS Manager - look at a site and one of the options under management will be Search Engine Optimization.

From here, you will be able to run an analysis on the site, create sitemaps and sitemap indexes and create robots.txt files.

The analysis of the site will allow you to get keyword lists for pages, keyword densities, check for violations of general SEO rules and check for broken links.
