If whilst using SugarCRM you run into the following errors during an import process: "Invalid datetime","Date Created: (date_entered)",'2008-09-10',1 "Invalid date string","LBL_DUEDATE (duedate_c)",'2008-09-30',1 Then the Date and Time formats specified during the import process must reflect the Date and Time formats specified on your User Preferences page. If the formats are different, then the import process will fail. To view or change the Date and Time formats specified for the import, in Step 3 of the import process, scroll down the screen and click Show Advanced Options. Change the format to match the format in your import data.
