Using remote access technologies such as VPN, SSH, Remote Desktop and VNC we can provide full support for most software aspects of server ownership. Anything that does not need physical access to the server we can handle remotely.
We have two models for billing - retainer per server and straight hourly. With retainer we charge a flat fee per server that comes with a set number of hours (notification will be provided in advance if overage is expected), and with straight hourly we bill simply for the time used.
We will monitor the services you specify running on your servers every 15 minutes. If the services go down then we will be paged and respond immediately.
We will go through the settings for your server and the services it is hosting, and review them for possible security vulnerabilities. We will do this from both an internal and external viewpoint.
